When you grab a template from me, it’ll be added as a completely separate site in your dashboard, right alongside your current one.

Want to reuse content from your existing site? You’ll need to copy it over manually. You'll also need to move your domain to the new site and start a fresh Squarespace subscription. (If you’ve still got time left on your current plan, it’s worth contacting Squarespace support - they’re usually happy to offer a prorated refund.)

Your Squarespace template comes with a 6-month free trial, giving you plenty of time to build and customize your website before going live.

When you're ready to launch (or when your trial ends), you’ll need to purchase a Squarespace subscription. My templates work with any Squarespace plan - so the one you choose just depends on the features you need.

For example:

• The Business plan works well if you just need a basic shop with simple checkout functionality.

• The Commerce plans are designed for more advanced e-commerce features, like customer accounts, abandoned cart recovery, and more.

Already using Squarespace? If you're building your new site on a separate template (which is recommended), you'll need a separate subscription for the new website. Subscriptions aren’t transferable between sites — but don’t worry, I’ve explained this fully in the “What if I already have a Squarespace website?” FAQ.

You’ll also need a domain name (your website URL). You can buy one through Squarespace or through a third-party provider like GoDaddy or Namecheap.

Already have a domain? Great! You can easily connect it to your new site once you're ready to launch.

Pro tip: If you choose a yearly Squarespace plan, they often include a free domain - definitely worth checking when you're ready to publish!

No coding required!

All of my Squarespace templates are completely DIY-friendly and built using Squarespace’s native features - so you can customize everything without touching a single line of code (unless you want to!).

Occasionally, I might include a small optional snippet of code to enhance the design even further. If that’s the case, it’ll already be added for you, and I’ll explain exactly what it does and how you can adjust or remove it if needed.

Not into code? No problem - you can leave it exactly as it is or take it out completely. Your site will still look great either way.
